Where the Giveaway Takes Place
The giveaway takes place on the Organiser’s Instagram profile @rootdowntattoo.
How to Enter the Giveaway
To be entered into the giveaway, participants must meet the following conditions:
1️⃣ Follow the Instagram profile @rootdowntattoo.
2️⃣ Share the giveaway post in your Instagram Story.
3️⃣ Tag 2 friends in the comments under the giveaway post who would also appreciate a tattoo.
Giveaway Period
Entries can be submitted starting from September 27, 9. 2024 until October 11, 10. 2024. Participants who do not fulfil all requirements within this period will not be included in the draw.
The draw will take place and the winner will be announced on October 14, 10. 2024. on the Instagram profile @rootdowntattoo.
How We Will Contact the Winner
The winner will be notified via a private message on Instagram.
By entering the giveaway, the winner agrees that their profile name (username) may be published on the @rootdowntattoo Instagram profile.
What Can Be Won
The prize is a tattoo voucher worth CZK 5,000, which can be redeemed with one of the following tattoo artists:
There will be one winner only. The voucher will be issued on October 14, 10. 2024 and will remain valid for 6 months.
Additional Provisions
The Organiser reserves the right to amend or supplement these rules if necessary.
Participation in the giveaway is voluntary. By entering, participants confirm their agreement with all of the rules stated above.
Only natural persons aged 18 years or older may participate in the giveaway.
Each participant may enter the giveaway only once. There is no legal entitlement to the prize, and it cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.
In the event of suspected rule violations, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify a participant.
Personal data in the form of the participant’s profile name (username) will be used solely for announcing the winner and communicating with the prize recipient.
